Moda worked closely with Spike to tailor and white-label its Spike Lettings and Spike Living solutions. This resulted in two innovative apps which simplified the rental journey and enabled residents to manage their lifestyle and tenancy the touch of a button, boasting an impressive 95% uptake across all developments.
